At Southern Raized LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-fit permanent jewelry. Due to the personalized and permanent nature of our services, we have a specific return and repair policy outlined below.
Because permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded directly onto the customer, all sales are final once the service has been completed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on permanent jewelry services or custom chain selections.
If you purchased a non-permanent item (e.g., clasped jewelry, accessories), you may return it within 7 days of delivery if it is:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We understand that life happens, and permanent jewelry may occasionally break or come off.
If your chain breaks due to a welding issue within 30 days of your appointment, we offer one complimentary repair or reweld (with the original chain, if it is still intact).
After 30 days, or if the chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a service fee will apply for rewelding or replacing your chain. Fees vary based on the chain style and material.
Please bring the original chain (if available) to avoid full replacement costs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit or rescheduling fee, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
